Toyota models affected by power window recall

Toyota says that the reason for the recall is because the switch may not have had the right amount of lubricant grease applied during manufacturing, and so could lead to a short circuit.

There is a possibility that the part could overheat, melt and even cause a fire. The models included in the recall are the 2006-2010 Yaris, 2007 and 2009 Camry and Camry Hybrid, 2008-2011 Highlander and Highlander Hybrid, 2009-2011 Corolla, 2009-2011 Matrix, 2006-2011 RAV4, 2009-2011 Sequoia, 2009-2011 Tundra, 2009-2011 Scion xB, and the 2009-2010 Scion xD.

As part of the fix, Toyota is to replace the faulty part and for those of you that think they have heard about this recall before, you have.
