Range Rover and Sport recall for February 2015

Affected Range Rover models – There are several, although the most is for those built between April 15, 2005, and September 4, 2012, in which there are 74,648 units involved. The model years are 2006 – 2012.

The reason behind those recalls is that there is a possible issue with the brake hose, which could rupture and so reducing the chances of the car stopping safely.

2013 – 2014 Range Rovers also have a similar issue, although the reason for the possible brake failure is to the brake vacuum hoses not being routed correctly. It’s been suggested that this fault could lead to the hoses wearing down. However, there is also an issue with the Range Rover Sport that was manufactured between May 7, 2013, and January 8, 2014, as they to have the same brake problem.
